Going through a transition is both exciting and scary. Shifting towards a new way of being may feel frustrating, overwhelming, and painful. Your identity and path are uncertain leaving you with many possibilities.  I believe we all innately possess strengths that can help us overcome our greatest challenges.  Whether you are thinking about making a change or are in the midst of one now, I will help you gain clarity on your strengths and what is most important to you. Together, we will develop a plan of action that helps you navigate this important change with confidence and hope.

In my lifetime, I have navigated significant career and personal changes; I know firsthand, the fear, excitement, and uncertainty that you’re feeling. Taking that first step to move through paralyzing fear and resolving to make a change puts you on a path to grow, take risks and live in alignment with your authentic self. I have taken many of these steps at different points in my life: when I risked financial stability to leave a well paying career and start my own business; experienced traumatic physical injury forcing me to face my own vulnerability; and stepped away from a 22-year partnership, requiring me to start over in many ways.  During these challenging times, I have leaned on my support system and belief that in order to grow and live authentically, we must change.  My unique personal and professional experiences have led me to find my calling and I am incredibly grateful that I can support others who are facing what seem like insurmountable challenges, as they navigate change.

My coaching approach is based in positive psychology - a framework that focuses on leveraging strengths to better navigate challenges and building self-efficacy: your belief that you can learn and sustain new behaviors as you go through the process of change.

I specialize in coaching methods rooted in behavior change theories, including Transtheoretical Model (Stages of Change) and Social Cognitive Theory. Working with me, you'll get dynamic coaching support that moves you through the change process. I work with you holistically, taking into consideration your unique background, identity, learning style, and goals.
